What this planner can and cannot do
The split table divides target elapsed time by distance. It is useful checkpoint arithmetic, but it does not model hills, congestion, stops or late-race fatigue. On variable terrain, judge effort and use the clock as a reference.
The carbohydrate figure is hours multiplied by the target you choose. Practise the amount, products and carrying method. Recheck the organiser’s latest route, cut-offs and mandatory kit even if this pack looks complete.
